Head of Communications

Key Responsibilities

·        Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with business goals.

·        Lead and mentor the communications team, ensuring high quality output.

·        Oversee reputation management, crisis communications and executive visibities programme.

·        Manage media relations and proactive media out reach

·        Drive employee engagement through transparent and consistent communications.

·        Ensure brand consistency across all communication platforms.

·        Collaborate with marketing to align messaging for campaigns, events, and digital strategies.

·        Manage communication with investors, partners and community audiences as needed.

·        Build strong relationships with media, government bodies, industry groups and other stake holders.

Required Qualifications

·        Master’s Degree in Communications, journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or any related field.

·        12+ years experience in communications, public relations, or corporate affairs.

·        Strong network of media and industry contacts

·        Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
