Head of Communications

WTF is Nikhil Kamath’s media and content hotshop, where ideas, people, and culture collide. We create content (the WTF is Podcast and original IPs). We build campaigns and consult for brands, businesses, and personalities. We drive commerce, community, and cause through WTF Goods and WTFund.

We’re hiring a Head of Comms who can shape narratives, not press notes.

Who You Are:

• 10+ years in communications, PR, or editorial storytelling
• Experience with media, entertainment, and high-visibility brands
• Managed agencies, journalists, global media, and high-profile personalities
• Calm in a crisis, knows when to escalate or stay silent
• Polished, credible, and discreet

Your Mandate:

• Build and execute WTF’s PR & comms strategy
• Lead global PR for Nikhil Kamath, amplify voice, POV & impact
• Manage comms for WTF IPs, collabs, and launches
• Onboard & manage top PR agencies
• Define success metrics: sentiment, impact, ROI, escalation playbooks
