About the Role: We’re looking for a Senior Designer with 4 - 5 years of experience to lead visual storytelling for our podcasts and content IPs. You’ll own projects end-to-end from concept to execution, crafting designs that are bold, on-brand, and platform-ready. Key Responsibilities: Lead design projects from concept to final delivery Translate briefs into thoughtful, engaging visual assets Create branding, podcast cover art, campaign creatives, and social media graphics Collaborate with producers, marketers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life Stay updated on design and entertainment trends Manage multiple projects while maintaining timelines and quality Requirements: 4 - 5 years of design experience (media/entertainment preferred) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and digital design work Solid skills in layout, typography, color, and composition Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Bonus: Experience with podcast visuals, social media design, Figma or Canva Show more Show less
