Role Summary

Responsible for leading and optimizing all commercial activities including sales operations, pricing, supply chain coordination, vendor management, and profitability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
Oversee sales planning, forecasting, pricing, and contract negotiations.
Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and marketing for smooth operations.
Manage vendor and key account relationships.
Monitor performance metrics and drive process improvements.
Lead, mentor, and develop the commercial operations team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business or related field.
10+ years in commercial/sales/operations leadership.
Strong P&L, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
