As the Head of Commercial Operations for the Solar Module & Cell Manufacturing Division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the commercial strategy to drive the business forward. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities from pricing and procurement to contract management and P&L ownership. It will be your mandate to ensure cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and foster sustainable partnerships for the division's success. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and execution of the commercial strategy, focusing on pricing and margin optimization for both domestic and export markets. - Oversee vendor management activities, conduct techno-commercial evaluations, and align the global supply chain for optimal efficiency. - Drive procurement excellence by implementing lean inventory systems and just-in-time models to streamline operations. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, finance, and legal departments to achieve business objectives. - Take ownership of the commercial P&L, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining profitability, and fostering growth opportunities. Qualification Required: - You should hold a B.Tech/B.E. degree paired with an MBA, bringing to the table 15-20 years of relevant experience, ideally within the Solar PV or Semiconductor industries. - Your expertise should lie in techno-commercial analysis, vendor negotiation, and proficiency in ERP systems. - Possession of certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or Supply Chain management will be advantageous in fulfilling the demands of this role.,
