Role Overview: As the Head of Business Growth & Strategic Partnerships, you will lead the end-to-end business development strategy for partnerships, sponsorships, gifting collaborations, and leadership programs. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the sales pipeline, from identifying potential clients/partners to closing deals and effectively managing relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute business development strategy for partnerships, sponsorships, gifting collaborations, and leadership programs. - Own the sales pipeline by identifying potential clients/partners, closing deals, and managing relationships effectively. - Build strong relationships with corporates, leadership teams, and ecosystem enablers to unlock new business and learning opportunities. - Design and pitch compelling proposals and partnership decks aligned with the organization's values and offerings. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless experiences for partners and members. - Represent the organization at events, roundtables, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related field. - Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to design and pitch compelling proposals. - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, leadership teams, and ecosystem enablers. - Experience in managing sales pipelines, identifying potential clients/partners, and closing deals. - Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business growth, revenue metrics, and strategic ecosystem development.
