We’re Hiring: Sales / Business Development Head


Boketto is India’s fastest-growing travel club. We curate experiences for strangers to travel together.


This role is critical—the Sales Head will define how fast and how far we scale by setting systems, leading a team, and driving revenue with precision.


What we’re looking for:


  • 4–5 years of experience in sales / business development
  • Ideally worked in a travel, hospitality or lifestyle company
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a sales team
  • Strong grip on CRM systems & building structured sales processes
  • Ability to coordinate with performance marketing to maximize conversions
  • Someone who thrives in a high-growth startup environment


This role isn’t just about numbers. It’s about creating processes, discipline, and momentum that the entire company runs on.
