Head of Alumni Association

The Head of Alumni Association position at City Montessori School (CMS) in Lucknow requires a proactive and entrepreneurial individual with excellent interpersonal skills. As the Head of Alumni Association, you will lead the strategic development, coordination, and growth of the Alumni Association, fostering lifelong relationships between CMS and its alumni. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and growing city-based, country-based, and international regional alumni chapters, identifying key alumni leaders to act as coordinators, and establishing special interest groups of alumni. You will also be responsible for fostering strong relationships between alumni and the school, actively soliciting feedback, and highlighting alumni success stories to inspire current students and other alumni. In terms of communication and outreach, you will develop and manage alumni-focused communications, collaborate with the school's marketing team, and manage the school Alumni portal. Additionally, you will be responsible for alumni data collection and management, working collaboratively with teachers and administrators across 20 campuses to maintain a comprehensive alumni database. Fundraising and philanthropy will also be a key aspect of your role, as you partner with the school's leadership to encourage alumni contributions and cultivate relationships with prominent alumni. You will also plan and organize alumni events such as reunions, networking sessions, and webinars, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in event planning and execution, at least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and experience in alumni relations or community engagement. Familiarity with database management and CRM tools is an advantage, along with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
