Head of Accounts

Job Description

· Preparing assets, liability, and capital accounting by compiling and analysing accounts information.

· Document financial transactions and filing them as per accounting standards.

· Preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other requisite reports.

· Substantiating financial transactions by auditing documents.

· Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing accounts information.

· Assist the Management in cash flow planning.

· Prepares payments by verifying documentation and carry out disbursements.

· Maintain, Manage and Track Inventory, stocks of remotely located warehouses and Factories

· Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing account information as may be required.

· Adept at TDS Returns and GST Returns.

· Managing Tax files of multiple companies and individuals.

· Guiding accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and respond to queries – from both internal and external agencies.

· Must have been employed in a CA firm for > 2 years.

· Currently leading a team of four (04) or more people.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Should be able to converse fluently and correspond clearly in English, Tamil and Hindi.

· Should be self-motivated, team leader and be a team player.

· Should be comfortable working on the computer.

· Should be able to manage the Team across multiple locations.

· Should be able to handle multiple priorities and good at trouble-shooting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
