Job Description

Role Overview: As the Head of Customer Acquisition & Lead Conversion at Isaac Aesthetics, your primary responsibility will be to own and drive the full lead lifecycle, from lead generation to sales conversion. You will collaborate with various teams to optimize acquisition channels, improve conversion rates, and accelerate business growth. Your role will involve acting as the end-to-end owner of the lead funnel, ensuring high-quality inquiries, efficient lead management, improved conversion processes, and measurable revenue outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Own the complete customer acquisition and lead lifecycle across all channels including Meta (FB/Instagram), Google Search, Website, Events, Influencers, Referrals, Partnerships, and Agencies. - Create and standardize a high-efficiency lead management workflow from first inquiry, nurture, consultation, closure, to onboarding. - Build attribution tracking, visibility dashboards, and conversion intelligence. - Measure channel performance, lead quality score, cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and customer lifetime value (CLTV). - Identify conversion bottlenecks and deploy training, automation, SOPs, and CRM improvements. - Analyze and refine lead scoring methodology and routing rules. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up, lead nurturing journeys, and CRM adherence. - Improve conversion efficiency from current levels to target levels through system improvements, insights, and accountability models. - Build a performance-led funnel with conversion benchmarks by source and clinic. - Manage external lead partners, marketing agencies, influencers, and affiliate vendors. - Create quarterly performance scorecards and negotiate performance-based contracts. - Build and lead a cross-functional inside sales, conversion, and lead management team. - Conduct performance reviews, training modules, sales coaching, and compliance audits. Qualifications: - 6-12+ years of experience in customer acquisition, sales enablement, CRM-driven growth, growth marketing, or sales operations. - Experience in telecom, healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail, or high-ticket services. - Proven track record in improving conversion funnels and delivering measurable revenue impact. - Ability to work in fast-scaling, multi-location environments.,
