Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the geological vision, strategy, and roadmap while overseeing exploration, resource development, and mine geology functions across all projects
  • Plan and execute annual exploration programs for resource and reserve upgradation, including underground drilling and target generation.
  • Ensure accurate resource estimation and reserve classification in compliance with international reporting standards (e.g., JORC).
  • Manage ROM grade control and underground geological mapping to optimize ore quality and minimize mine dilution
  • Ensure data integrity, quality assurance, and accurate geological interpretation, while preparing and presenting technical reports and insights to stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify geological risks across project phases and implement effective mitigation strategies along
  • Drive the adoption of advanced geological tools, technologies, and geostatistical methods

Desired Attributes:
  • Candidate with 10+ years of relevant experience in metal & mining industry.
  • M.Sc./M. Tech/ M.Sc. Tech in Geology or Applied Geology
