Role Overview:

Content Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a

  comprehensive content strategy

  for medical professionals.
• Oversee

  content aggregation, curation, and creation

  from leading medical sources.
• Manage a

  global team

  of writers, editors, and digital content creators.
• Drive

  digital marketing and engagement

  through social media, newsletters, and webinars.
• Collaborate with

  pharmaceutical companies, medical societies, and healthcare organizations

  .
• Ensure

  high editorial standards

  and maintain the company’s authoritative voice in medical communication.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience

  in medical writing, content strategy, and digital media.
• Educational background in

  B. Pharma, M. Pharma, BDS, or MBBS

  (mandatory).
• Strong expertise in

  medical science, health communication, and simplifying complex medical topics

  for diverse audiences.
• Proven

  leadership experience

  in managing large content teams and global projects.
• Proficiency in

  B2B and B2C content creation, digital marketing, and engagement strategies

  .
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
