As a Portfolio Growth Manager at the company, your main responsibility will be to focus on driving portfolio growth and increasing market share for Abbott. This includes delivering an EI of > 100 for the portfolio, increasing Abbott's market share, and achieving Portfolio Plan Sales and Plan Margin. You will also be responsible for meeting NPI targets for the Portfolio, including the number of products to be launched and sales from NPI. Your role will involve gaining insights into the Portfolio/Disease Area through periodic research. This includes identifying emerging short and long-term therapy growth trends, diagnosis and treatment trends, and patient insights that could influence the treatment landscape. Additionally, you will need to conduct a comprehensive competitor scan annually to stay informed about competitor strategies and potential threats. You will be expected to demonstrate leadership in the Portfolio/Disease Area by creating an annual Portfolio plan, identifying new product opportunities, and innovating on existing products. Moreover, you will need to explore new markets and channel opportunities to drive growth in the Portfolio/Disease Area. Another crucial aspect of your role will be to arbitrage between therapies within the Portfolio/Disease Area. This involves managing the marketing spend across therapies, evaluating marketing RoI, and deciding on pricing strategy to optimize the overall performance. Overall, as a Portfolio Growth Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the growth and market presence of Abbott's portfolio, making strategic decisions to drive success in the competitive landscape.,
