Job Description

The job involves driving portfolio growth and increasing market share for Abbott by achieving an EI of > 100, delivering Portfolio Plan Sales and Plan Margin, and meeting NPI targets for the Portfolio. This includes launching a specified number of products and generating sales from NPI. You will be responsible for conducting periodic research to identify emerging short and long-term therapy growth trends, diagnosis and treatment trends, and patient insights within the Portfolio / Disease Area. Additionally, you will need to complete a comprehensive competitor scan annually to understand competitor strategies and potential threats from new molecules. To establish Portfolio / Disease Area leadership, you will create an annual Portfolio plan, explore new product opportunities, suggest product innovations for existing products, and identify new markets and channels for growth. Furthermore, you will manage the marketing spend across therapies within the Portfolio / Disease Area, evaluate marketing RoI, and adjust strategies accordingly. You will also be required to make decisions on pricing strategies to drive the growth of the Portfolio / Disease Area.,
