Role & responsibilities

Develop internal communication programs to keep employees informed about company news, initiatives, and achievements
Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including press releases, articles, blog posts, and newsletters, to communicate the companys accomplishments and industry insights
Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and website management, to increase online visibility and engagement.
Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with the shipyards business objectives, positioning the brand as a leader in shipbuilding, refits and maritime solutions
