Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers to drive business growth within the designated market.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to ensure the team achieves and exceeds set sales targets.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team.
  • Take ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the residential practice, implementing strategies to optimize revenue, control costs, and maximize profitability.
  • Analyze financial data and market trends to make informed decisions that contribute to the overall financial health of the business
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across various business functions, ensuring alignment and collaboration to meet overall organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities that arise within the residential services domain.
  • Oversee and enhance relationships with developers to secure strategic partnerships, ensuring a steady pipeline of quality residential projects.
  • Collaborate with the development team to align sales strategies with upcoming projects and market demand.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Requirement:

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team towards achieving and surpassing targets.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of driving sales growth and achieving financial objectives.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen for effective P&L management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with developers and external partners.
  • Proactive and strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex market dynamics.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

  • Proven experience in sales management, with a focus on residential services.
  • Previous experience in P&L management and stakeholder engagement.

  • Possessing a robust professional background characterized by 12+ years of experience.
