Head Manager - Client Services

Now, we’re on the lookout for a Head Manager – Client Services who can take the lead in shaping client relationships, steering strategy, and delivering events that leave lasting impact.

Your Role

• Lead client relationships with confidence and creativity.
• Translate client goals into strategic, high-impact experiences.
• Drive end-to-end delivery across product launches, activations, and R&Rs.
• Mentor a passionate team and ensure flawless execution.
• Be the bridge between imagination and precision — from brief to applause.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in event management / experiential marketing / brand activation agencies.
• Proven expertise in client servicing, project planning, and team leadership.
• Strong communication, smart negotiation, and hands-on problem-solving skills.
• A visionary mindset — not just managing clients, but elevating them.

📅 Experience: 7+ years

💰 CTC: ₹12 – 18 LPA + Lucrative Monthly Incentives (based on experience)
