Role Description

The Head – Client Services will be responsible for overseeing client relationships, ensuring successful delivery of end-to-end solutions, and driving client satisfaction. This full-time hybrid role is located in Borivali with some work from home acceptable. Daily tasks include managing client communications, coordinating project timelines, developing strategic plans, and leading a team to execute high-impact experiential events. The ideal candidate will ensure alignment between client expectations and agency deliverables, and foster long-term client partnerships.

• Experience in project management and strategic planning
• Leadership abilities to guide and motivate a team
• Proficiency in marketing, event planning, and promotional activations
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with partial remote work
• Experience in the advertising or event management industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
