Role Overview: As the Head of Client Services at KONNECT 9 XPERIENCE, you will play a vital role in overseeing client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of end-to-end solutions, and driving client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include managing client communications, coordinating project timelines, developing strategic plans, and leading a team to execute high-impact experiential events. This full-time hybrid role, based in Borivali with some work from home flexibility, requires aligning client expectations with agency deliverables and fostering long-term client partnerships.
