Head - Logistics Operations

As the Warehousing and Logistics Operations Manager for the OpCo, you will play a crucial role in defining the strategy and road map for end-to-end operations. Your responsibilities will include managing warehouse and logistics operations centrally, ensuring efficient goods movement, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards. Key Responsibilities: - Drive safety and sustainability initiatives, identify risks, and enhance safety culture. - Define long-term and annual plans for warehousing operations aligned with logistics strategy. - Lead logistics planning and execution for inbound/outbound, import/export, ensuring fill rate compliance. - Oversee warehouse processes for timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. - Monitor and analyze costs, implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality. - Deploy Transportation Management Systems and drive automation for real-time optimization. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. - Qualifications & Experience: - Masters degree in supply chain, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred). - 12+ years of experience in transportation management within FMCG or similar sectors. - Proven expertise in TMS, route planning, and cost optimization. - Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and sustainability practices.
