Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Design and implement strategic Learning & Development programs aligned with organizational goals.
  2. Conduct training needs assessments and create targeted upskilling initiatives.
  3. Develop and deliver engaging training modules, workshops, and digital learning content.
  4. Partner with business and functional leaders to ensure alignment of L&D with business priorities.
  5. Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  6. Manage and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related technologies.
  7. Support talent management strategies for identifying, developing, and retaining high-potential employees.
  8. Drive performance management, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
  9. Facilitate onboarding and employee engagement programs to build a culture of continuous learning.
  10. Stay updated with L&D trends and use data-driven insights to enhance capability-building and talent strategies.
