We are looking for a B2B Sales head (Spice ingredients).


About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Sales Leadership:

    Own and drive the global sales strategy for spice ingredients across geographies including North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.


  • Business Development:

    Identify, develop, and manage large-scale B2B opportunities with global food manufacturers, foodservice companies, QSRs, and distributors.


  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and nurture senior-level relationships with purchasing, R&D, and innovation teams of top-tier clients and distribution partners.


  • Sales Team Management:

    Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing international sales team; set KPIs, drive accountability, and foster a results-oriented culture.


  • Commercial Negotiation:

    Lead high-value negotiations, long-term supply contracts, and pricing discussions with strategic clients.


  • Product Alignment:

    Collaborate closely with product, R&D, and operations teams to align ingredient offerings with client needs and global market trends.


  • Market Intelligence & Insights:

    Stay abreast of global food trends, sustainability requirements, regulatory shifts, and competitor movements in the spice ingredients category.


  • Revenue Growth:

    Own and deliver aggressive top-line growth targets while maintaining margin integrity and customer satisfaction.


  • Representation:

    Represent Value Ingredients at global food trade shows, conferences, and strategic customer engagements.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in food technology, Business, or International Trade; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience

    in B2B international sales within the

    spice ingredients industry

    .
  • Proven track record of selling spice powders, whole spices, oleoresins, essential oils, and related extracts globally.
  • Strong network and working relationships with major global food brands, ingredient distributors, and B2B partners.
  • Experience with clean label, sustainable, and natural ingredient trends is highly desirable.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation expertise, and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to key global markets.
