Dear All, We're Hiring: Senior Executive - Pesticide Residue & Quality Analysis | QC Chemist (5+ years) Job Title: Senior Executive - Pesticide Residue & Quality Analysis Location: Ambattur, Chennai Industry: Food/Spices At Value Ingredients, we are looking for a highly skilled QC Chemist with over 5+ years of hands-on expertise in instrumental and chemical analysis, specializing in GC-MS pesticide residue analysis , LC-MS , HPLC , UV-Vis Spectrophotometry , and Visual Photometry . Proven ability to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and laboratory efficiency across diverse sectors. Key Responsibilities : Perform quality control testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products using: GC-MS (Pesticide residue profiling) LC-MS , HPLC (Method validation and routine testing) UV-Visible Spectrophotometer , Visual Photometer Analyze and quantify contaminants including Aflatoxins , Ochratoxins , and Capsaicin . Maintain accurate records, test protocols, and COAs as per GMP/GLP and regulatory standards. Ensure calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of instruments. Participate in internal audits and assist in regulatory inspections (FSSAI, NABL, ISO, etc.). Train junior analysts and ensure SOP compliance within the QC lab. About the Role: Value Ingredients is scaling its bulk spice ingredients business with a strong focus on high-quality spices, spice powders, oleoresins, and extracts for the global food industry. We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to head our industrial B2B sales vertical and spearhead growth across global markets. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Leadership: Own and drive the global sales strategy for spice ingredients across geographies including North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. Business Development: Identify, develop, and manage large-scale B2B opportunities with global food manufacturers, foodservice companies, QSRs, and distributors. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture senior-level relationships with purchasing, R&D, and innovation teams of top-tier clients and distribution partners. Sales Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing international sales team; set KPIs, drive accountability, and foster a results-oriented culture. Proven track record of selling spice powders, whole spices, oleoresins, essential oils, and related extracts globally. Strong network and working relationships with major global food brands, ingredient distributors, and B2B partners. Experience with clean label, sustainable, and natural ingredient trends is highly desirable. Strong business acumen, negotiation expertise, and cross-cultural communication skills. Willingness to travel extensively to key global markets.
