- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership, preferably in third-party business process services (BPS) environments

Strong stakeholder management skills and experience operating - Lead the design and execution of a robust employee lifecycle framework, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.- Serve as a key liaison between HR and business, fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.- Drive the continuous development and integration of HR functions to enhance capability and impact.- Collaborate with leadership to define and execute short- and long-term HR strategies that promote growth and employee engagement.- Establish streamlined, compliant, and efficient HR processes; identify opportunities for quality, productivity, and cost improvements.- Design and implement management development programs to build leadership capabilities.- Champion culture transformation initiatives that align with organisation values, encouraging open and transparent communication.- Lead the implementation of employee engagement programs and manage the engagement survey process. - Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (CoE) to manage compensation, benefits, and rewards programs consistently.- Serve as a mentor, coach, and HR thought leader to senior management.- Ensure consistency and excellence in policy development, performance management, goal setting, employee relations, and diversity and inclusion efforts.- Manage and develop direct reports, fostering a high-performance team culture.
