Job Description

Role & responsibilities Role Overview as follows: Budgeting & Manpower Planning: -Work closely with operational heads to prepare and monitor departmental budgets, manpower planning, and recruitment forecasts. -Source telecallers and field agents on large scale across Zones, using recruitment agents and local network - Closely Support operations through the local HR- Operations teams located at branches HR Metrics & Dashboards: - Track key HR metrics like workforce productivity, cost per hire, retention rates etc --Create and manage dashboards for attrition, on-roll/off-roll manpower, diversity, etc. - Optimize HR processes using automation, AI-driven analytics, and digital transformation. Payroll & Compliance: - Manage and ensure accuracy in payroll systems and statutory compliance across PAN-India operations. - Review and update payroll and performance evaluation systems. - Ensure HRMS system is fully functional and databases are kept accurate and up-to-date - Review compensation & incentive plans and recommend changes as necessary - Oversee the design and execution of employment contracts and agreements Employee Engagement & Development: - Coordinate and implement training and development initiatives. - Manage internal communication projects, such as job satisfaction surveys, attrition surveys etc Leadership -structure HR Team in accordance with changing business requirements and provide effective leadership to a large HR team across the country Key Requirements: Experience: - Proven work experience as a Head of HR Operations or a similar role in NBFC, MFI, or Housing Finance companies. - Multi-branch management exposure is mandatory. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools. - Experience with HRMS and payroll tools. Domain Expertise: - Strong knowledge of labor legislation and statutory compliance. - Expertise in designing and managing compensation and benefits programs. Leadership & Analytical Abilities: - Ability to lead cross-functional HR projects and teams. - Analytical mindset to derive actionable insights from HR metrics and dashboards.
