Role & responsibilities : Head HR Business Partner is responsible for aligning business objective with employees and management in respective business vertical / Zone. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflects the business objective of the organization. The HRBP maintains and effective level of business literacy about the vertical units financial position, plans , it culture and it competition. A. He/She will be responsible for the strategic delivery of HR solutions and HR services such as Talent Management, Performance Management/Appraisals, Organizational Design, Change Management & Workforce Planning, Compensation & Benefits & HR Operations B. Leading HRBP of Core & Retail Business Verticals to drive HR deliverables C. Checking employee pulse on periodic basis and taking necessary actions to reduce attrition D. Defining KPIs/ Goals to facilitate PMS; monitoring performance, identifying skill gaps and facilitating learning &capability building programs on attributes impacting performance Translating business strategy for creating an effective internal talent pool Streamlining all HR Processes execution and implementation to enhance the bandwidth of HR Team through HRMS automation Leading cultural change program, ideating plans with the leadership team for driving business efficiency & various engagement programs Driving the employee Surveys for the Zone/corporate office and ensuring high level of engagement is maintained across. Conducting Attrition Analysis and improving Retention levels Good Analytical & Presentation skills Education & Experience Requirement Bachelor Degree + MBA / PG Preferred Experience : 1.Min 12 to 18 yrs of HRBP experience resolving complex employee relation issues 2.Working knowledge of multiple Human resource disciplines , including compensation practices performance management and state respective laws.
