Job Description

new GCC

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up the

    entire HR function

    for a greenfield GCC.
  • Drive org design, policies, HR operations, and governance.
  • Build and scale

    talent acquisition

    across tech, digital, engineering, and corporate roles.
  • Partner with global leaders on people strategy and workforce planning.
  • Establish compensation, performance, and career frameworks.
  • Lead leadership hiring and shape the GCC culture and EVP.
  • Ensure compliance, employee experience, and HR tech implementation.

Ideal Profile

  • 15–22 years in HR with

    hands-on GCC build experience

    (greenfield preferred).
  • Strong understanding of India talent markets.
  • Track record of scaling teams rapidly in global matrix environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and execution ability.
