This strategic leadership role is designed for someone who not only understands the intricacies of HR operations but also embodies integrity, discipline, and a strong ethical compass — a true custodian of people and culture.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead & manage end-to-end HR operations and compliance

✅ Uphold and implement the Company’s Business Ethics & Code of Conduct

✅ Align people strategies with business goals in partnership with leadership

✅ Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and policy execution

✅ Ensure integrity, transparency, and accountability across all internal practices

🔍 Who We’re Looking For

✔ Proven experience in senior HR leadership or People Ops roles

✔ Strong grasp of compliance, governance, and work ethics

✔ Excellent communication, decision-making, and team leadership skills

✔ A values-driven individual committed to building a high-performance culture

🎖️ Preference will be given to Veterans from the Defence Forces for their expertise in structured leadership, discipline, and ethical standards.
