Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR professional with 20-24 years of experience to lead our plant HR and IR strategies, policies, and initiatives in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee engagement, productivity, and high performance.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and drive plans for talent reviews, development, and succession planning to meet current and future talent requirements.
Interface with plant department heads and the plant head to understand business plans and strategy.
Confer and collaborate with CHRO and Plant Head to develop and review strategies for developing and maintaining the desired culture and value systems.
Ensure effective coordination with TA COE for recruitment and selection processes.
Facilitate a good joining experience by ensuring smooth deployment of the onboarding process.
Supervise the handholding of new joiners post-joining activities.

Job Requirements

MBA/PGDM degree from a recognized institution.
Proven experience in HR, Recruitment, Administration, IR, Training & Development, or Operations.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in managing teams and driving results-oriented initiatives.
