  • Ensure compliance with global diversity standards

  • Leverage HRIS systems, people analytics, AI tools
  • Use metrics to improve HR efficiency and strategy

  • Communicate HR vision to C-suite and board
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive buy-in

  • Understand labor laws, compliance, ethical practices globally
  • Handle sensitive issues like layoffs, harassment, whistleblowing
