Head- Government Business

Designation:

Vice President- Government Business.

Location:

Mumbai

Organisation:

One of the Leading Insurance Broking Companies in India.

Job role:

Would be responsible for top-line & bottom-line figures of business generated from government business and public sector tenders, focusing on both General and Life Insurance products.

Key Accountabilities:

Proactively identify and pursue tender-based opportunities
in General and Life Insurance across North and West India.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of tender-based prospects
from public sector undertakings (PSUs), government departments, and other eligible institutions.
Develop and nurture strong relationships
with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.
Lead the end-to-end tender process
, including bid preparation, documentation, submission, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams
(technical, legal, compliance) to ensure timely and accurate responses to tender requirements.
Build and mentor a high-performing team.

Requirements:

At least 8 to 15 years in Government Tender business, from Insurance, Banking, or other Financial sector companies.
