Execution Head

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end execution of projects/programs
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards
Plan resources, timelines, and execution strategies
Coordinate with design, procurement, operations, finance, and vendors
Monitor execution progress, risks, and issue resolution
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Report execution status to senior management

Proven track record of handling
large-scale, multi-site projects
end-to-end
Strong exposure to
planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
of projects
Excellent knowledge of
resource planning, cost control, and scheduling
Experience in managing
cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors
Ability to drive execution excellence under
tight timelines and budgets
Strong understanding of
quality, safety, and compliance standards
