Job Description : Evaluate and improvise Project Management Framework, Governance and Review Structure. Ensure achievement of Budgeted Financial Parameters Implement efficient work process for Procurement, Contracts and Execution of Projects, Vendor, PMC and Contractor evaluation and impalement Monitor and Control Project Status with respect to Time, Cost, Quality and HSE Ensure compliance of statutory regulations Overseeing the preparation of monthly progress reports entailing progress & details for engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities Seeking approvals as per Real-time requirement for the smooth flow of Project. Advance Planning of Manpower, machinery, materials as per schedule of work. Manage Industrial and Public relations efficiently and resolve disputes. Candidate Profile : Experience required in implementing & execution of large project in leadership roles, with strong organization development & leadership skills. Having adequate knowledge of Purchase and accounts system. Must have managed proposals and bids Excellent communication skills both written & oral, Assertive, alert, instinctive and with an innate ability to detect risks.
