What You Will Lead

Teaching & Child Development

– Conduct engaging, age-appropriate classes

– Create safe, stimulating, play-based environments

– Track developmental milestones and support individual learning needs

Educator Mentorship & Training

– Observe and guide Educators regularly

– Conduct trainings and workshops

– Support lesson planning, classroom management & child behaviour strategies

Parent & Community Partnership

– Maintain open, supportive communication with parents

– Lead workshops, meetings, and collaborative discussions

Operational & Administrative Oversight

– Ensure curriculum implementation and daily classroom flow

– Oversee safety, hygiene, schedules & documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Early Childhood Education, Educational Psychology or related field
• 3–5 years preschool teaching experience
• 2+ years in a leadership/training role
• Strong understanding of child development & curriculum frameworks
• Excellent communication, organization & teamwork skills
