Head Dispatch & Logistics

1) The role holder is responsible for Negotiating Freight Rates, Clearance & Transportation Rates, Courier Rates in line with Budget, Adheres to Sales Plan Vs. Actual & Dispatch Plan Vs. Actual.

2) Aware of business of the organization, Product Application, manage Outbound transportation management, fleet management, warehousing, materials handling, order fulfilment, logistics network design, control awaiting Dispatch, inventory control, supply/demand planning and management of third-party logistics services providers in co-ordination with planning, marketing and production team to deliver products against schedule to customer on time and thereby achieve customer delight.

3) Adhere to Statutory Regulations for both preshipment and post shipment documents including processing of bills on time, ensuring adherence E Way Bill, E Seal, Road Permit and Online Permit in order to ensure smooth transactions for achieving customer delight.

4) Manage the freight cost within the approved budget by Optimizing Container Load and Negotiating Ocean Freight on monthly Basis & monitor and review the same as per the set frequency

5) Facilitate Logistics Management manage Ware House Operations Management through proactive planning, maintenance of minimum WIP Levels as per target, efficient manpower handling, infrastructure facilities, training and development of working team in order to ensure smooth operation and meet customer demand on time.
