Head - Branding & Digital Marketing Hyderabad Fulltime Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branding Head to lead and transform Visaka's brand presence across digital and offline platforms. The candidate will manage a multidisciplinary creative team and lead AI-powered branding initiatives, with a core focus on digital-first marketing and online consumer engagement. Experience in ATL/BTL campaigns in the building materials industry will be a strong plus. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Brand Management Develop and execute a comprehensive branding strategy to enhance visibility and positioning of Visakas products across B2B and B2C markets. Align branding initiatives with business goals, sales objectives, and product launches. 2. Team Leadership & Creative Oversight Lead and mentor a high-performance team of video producers, graphic designers, content writers, digital marketers, and editors. Ensure the team leverages advanced AI tools for creating high-quality, scalable, and personalized marketing assets. 3. Digital & Social Media Marketing Drive ROI-focused digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Monitor online brand health and engagement using analytics tools and sentiment analysis. 4. Content & Visual Identity Oversee the creation of compelling content including videos, reels, brochures, blogs, and product storytelling. Ensure visual consistency and brand tone across all channels. 5. Offline Marketing (ATL/BTL) Plan and execute ATL activities (TV, Print, Radio) and BTL promotions (exhibitions, dealer meets, branding at construction sites). Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to roll out location-based promotions. 6. Innovation & AI Integration Stay up to date with the latest AI tools and MarTech innovations to bring creative efficiency and performance marketing advantages. Automate design iterations, video scripting, and performance analytics wherever applicable. Desired Profile Experience: 1418 years in branding/digital marketing; preference for candidates from building materials, real estate, construction, or manufacturing sectors. Education: MBA/PG in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field. Skills Required: Proven leadership in managing creative and digital teams. Strong understanding of AI tools for video editing, design, copywriting, and campaign automation. Hands-on with SEO, SEM, analytics, paid media, influencer campaigns. Familiar with tools like Adobe Suite, Canva AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, RunwayML, etc. ATL/BTL marketing experience is a strong advantage.
