We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Head with strong expertise in performance marketing, Google Ads, and SEO. The ideal candidate should have experience handling large monthly budgets, optimizing campaigns for ROI, and driving growth for company projects and digital products.
Lead the complete performance marketing strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
Manage heavy monthly budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
Plan, create, and optimize campaigns for lead generation, user acquisition, and conversion.
Conduct detailed keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
Monitor campaign performance daily and prepare data-driven reports.
Collaborate with product, design, and tech teams on marketing strategies.
Manage digital marketing projects for company products such as Univest, Essop, etc.
Implement A/B testing, landing page optimization, and funnel improvements.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Able to manage the social media part also
48+ years of strong experience in Performance Marketing.
Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, App campaigns).
Hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Search Console).
Ability to handle large monthly budgets
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Experience with project or product marketing for tech-based companies.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience working with financial apps like Univest or SaaS products like Essop (optional).
Experience in growth marketing for high-scale performance-driven roles.
