Head of Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategy across paid, organic, and conversion channels.
  
• Manage and scale

  Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

  and

  Google Ads

  with a strong ROI focus.
• Lead

  SEO strategy

  , from technical audits to content optimization and link-building.
• Oversee

  social media marketing

  across platforms — both organic and paid — with high-impact storytelling.
• Build and manage

  UI/UX improvements

  in coordination with design/development teams to boost user retention and engagement.
• Own and implement

  CRO strategies

  to increase conversion rates across landing pages and the full D2C purchase journey.
• Analyze performance data across all channels, generate actionable insights, and lead continuous testing and optimization.
  
• Work closely with the US sales and operations team to align campaigns with seasonal and strategic priorities.
  
• Manage internal teams and agency partners where required.
  

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 4–7 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  
• Proven track record working with

  D2C brands targeting the USA market

  (preferably in solar, energy, or home improvement).
• Deep experience in

  Meta Ads, Google Ads

  ,

  SEO

  ,

  social media

  , and

  analytics

  tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, etc.).
• Working knowledge of

  UI/UX

  landing page optimization

  CRO techniques

• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
