Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to take charge as School Head Coordinator and help drive academic quality and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Oversee academic planning, implementation, and coordination across all grades. Supervise teaching staff, mentor teachers, and conduct regular performance reviews. Ensure adherence to State Board curriculum guidelines, academic standards, and school policies. Monitor lesson planning, classroom delivery, and student assessments. Organize and supervise examinations, parent-teacher meetings, and staff development sessions. Facilitate coordination between school management, staff, parents, and external education authorities. Drive initiatives for quality enhancement, discipline, and student well-being. Handle daily operations in collaboration with administrative teams. Prepare and submit reports to the school management on academic performance and operations. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate/Postgraduate in Education or relevant field (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred) Minimum 5 years of academic/administrative leadership experience in a school Strong understanding of State Board curriculum and compliance requirements Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of digital tools for school administration Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Joining bonus Application Question(s): Do you reside in Dombivli / Kalyan ?
