Head Content Creation & Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC)

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Creation

  • Own the

    end-to-end content ecosystem

    digital, social media, websites, campaigns, offline creatives, corporate communication, and leadership branding.
  • Lead content for:
  • Brand communication
  • Lead generation campaigns
  • Admissions / sales campaigns
  • CSR, PR & reputation management
  • Ensure

    high-quality English & Tamil content

     with strong storytelling impact.
  • Oversee creatives for:
  • Videos, reels, ads, films
  • Print ads, brochures, hoardings
  • Emailers, WhatsApp, landing pages, blogs

2. Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) Leadership

  • Build and execute

    360 IMC strategies

     integrating:
  • Digital marketing
  • Offline marketing
  • PR & media communication
  • Influencer marketing
  • Events & activations
  • Ensure

    single strong brand voice

     across all platforms and campaigns.

3. Chairman & Leadership Branding Support

  • Work

    directly with the Chairman

     on:
  • Personal branding strategy
  • Public communication, speeches & thought leadership
  • Media interactions & public presence
  • Act as

    strategic content advisor

     for leadership communications.

4. Team Management & Execution

  • Lead and manage:
  • Content writers
  • Designers
  • Video & digital teams
  • Assign targets, track outputs, review quality, and ensure

    time-bound delivery

    .
  • Handle external agencies, freelancers & vendors.

5. Performance & Delivery Under Pressure

  • Drive

    result-oriented communication

     that supports:
  • Admissions
  • Revenue
  • Brand visibility
  • Handle

    tight deadlines, high targets, and multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • Strong crisis communication and real-time decision-making skills.
