The Role:

college outreach and campus activation role

The role involves extensive fieldwork, close coordination with colleges, and hands-on execution of student-facing programs across Mumbai and nearby regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit colleges, institutes, and universities regularly
• Plan and execute campus events and large student activations (100–1000+ students)
• Conduct and manage:
• Book-based talks
• Interactive self-reflection sessions
• Confidence, clarity, and stress-management workshops
• Coordinate permissions, logistics, volunteers, and vendors for campus programs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with:
• College management and faculty
• Student councils, clubs, and campus societies
• Drive book adoption, sales, and relevant program enrolments through campus engagements

Who Should Apply?

• Professionals with hands-on experience in:
• College events and student engagement initiatives
• Youth-focused programs or campus activations
• EdTech, training outreach, or NGO-led education programs
• Campus sales or activation-driven roles
• Comfortable interacting with large student groups and senior college stakeholders
• High-energy, execution-oriented, and people-focused
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Based in Mumbai and open to frequent on-ground campus travel
