Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Coach, located in Noida. The Head Coach will manage the daily activities of the coaching team, provide guidance and support to students, and develop training programs. Responsibilities include assessing student performance, providing feedback, and ensuring the effective execution of coaching strategies. The Head Coach will also collaborate with other departments to enhance overall educational outcomes and ensure student success.

• Experience in developing and implementing training programs
• Ability to assess and evaluate student performance effectively
• Knowledge of educational counseling and career development strategies
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with different departments
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
