Presently, Nike RJ Corp boasts a strong presence in the NCR, South, and East India regions, operating through 40 stores. The current opportunity is with the upcoming Nike store in Ranchi. Responsibilities: Store Operations: - Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. - Analyze sales reports and performance indicators for informed decision-making. - Safeguard the legal and financial integrity of the store. - Efficiently schedule staff to enhance customer service, drive sales, and accomplish tasks. - Maintain in-store Brand execution as per established standards and directives. - Provide training to ensure the team is well-versed in Foundational and Seasonal Brand knowledge. - Uphold Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards consistently. Sales & Revenue Generation: - Develop sales strategies and establish sales targets for employees. - Monitor sales figures, identify areas for enhancement, and implement measures to boost sales and profitability. - Ensure effective merchandising and visual presentation to attract customers. - Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Team Management: - Recruit, train, and oversee store employees, including sales associates, cashiers, and support staff. - Offer guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members. - Cultivate a positive and motivating work environment to enhance employee morale and productivity. Inventory Management: - Supervise inventory control processes. - Implement efficient inventory management practices to minimize shrinkage and optimize stock turnover.
