Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Swimming Coach located in Bengaluru. The Senior Coach will lead and execute high-quality swim programs, ensuring that every swimmer receives personalized instruction in a safe, engaging, and growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and deliver structured swim lessons across different age and skill levels. Provide personalized feedback and progressive training for individual improvement. Supervise aquatic sessions, ensuring safety and adherence to Machaxi's coaching standards. Mentor and guide junior coaches, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Develop and implement training programs aligned with Machaxi's curriculum and philosophy. Monitor athlete performance, maintain records, and communicate progress to participants and parents. Promote a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment for all swimmers. Qualifications ASCA Level 3 / 4 / 5 certification or Diploma in Swimming. (Mandatory) Freshers with valid coaching certifications are also encouraged to apply. Proven expertise in swim instruction and technique development. Experience in lifeguarding, pool safety, and aquatic program management. Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. Certifications in lifeguarding, first aid, and swim coaching are highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field is an advantage.
