As a Store Manager at the upcoming Nike store in Ranchi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations and success of the store. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. - Analyzing sales reports and performance indicators to make informed decisions. - Safeguarding the legal and financial integrity of the store. - Efficiently scheduling staff to enhance customer service, drive sales, and accomplish tasks. - Maintaining in-store Brand execution as per established standards and directives. - Providing training to ensure the team is well-versed in Foundational and Seasonal Brand knowledge. - Upholding Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards consistently. In terms of Sales & Revenue Generation, you will be expected to: - Develop sales strategies and establish sales targets for employees. - Monitor sales figures, identify areas for enhancement, and implement measures to boost sales and profitability. - Ensure effective merchandising and visual presentation to attract customers. - Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. For Team Management, your duties will involve: - Recruiting, training, and overseeing store employees, including sales associates, cashiers, and support staff. - Offering guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members. - Cultivating a positive and motivating work environment to enhance employee morale and productivity. Regarding Inventory Management, you will be responsible for: - Supervising inventory control processes. - Implementing efficient inventory management practices to minimize shrinkage and optimize stock turnover. Qualifications required for this role include being a Graduate/ Post-graduate with 7-10 years of relevant experience.
