Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as Head Coach at The Sports Company in Table Tennis, Tennis, Cricket, Basketball for Delhi/NCR. The Head Coach will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day coaching activities, developing training plans, mentoring athletes, and leading coaching staff to ensure the success and growth of the sports programs. Qualifications Experience in coaching, team management, and leadership Knowledge of sports training techniques and strategies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to mentor and motivate athletes Certification in coaching or related field Experience working with youth athletes Familiarity with sports event planning and management Passion for promoting sportsmanship and fair play
