Location: Mumbai

Experience: 10 - 14+ years (Digital agency background )

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving digital success? Our client, a top-tier advertising agency, is looking for a Client Servicing Head to spearhead client partnerships and lead a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do:

Lead, mentor, and manage a client servicing team -setting goals, conducting reviews & ensuring seamless collaboration.

Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships while acting as the primary point of contact.

Develop strategic digital roadmaps aligned with client goals.

Oversee end-to-end project delivery - on time, within scope, and within budget.

Collaborate with creative, technical, and strategy teams to ensure quality output.

Gather feedback, track campaign performance, and present insightful reports.

Resolve challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new business pitches.

Manage billings, track spends, and ensure timely collections.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

12+ years’ experience in a digital marketing agency

Proven expertise in client servicing/account management

Strong understanding of digital strategy & production processes

Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills

Ability to juggle multiple projects with precision

Strong strategic thinking & problem-solving abilities

Great organizational skills and high attention to detail

Bonus Skills:

Experience with CRM tools & MS Office (especially Excel)

Understanding of GA or similar analytics platforms

Hands-on knowledge of digital channels - Web, Social, PPC, SEO, etc.
