Job Title: Head Chef

Location: Phoenix mall

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations at our upcoming Barcade and restaurant. The ideal candidate must have expertise in multi-cuisine offerings, strong leadership skills, and the ability to deliver a high-quality dining experience in a fast-paced, themed entertainment setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire kitchen and culinary team operations for both the restaurant and the bar menu
• Design and implement diverse menus with focus on Indian, Continental, Asian, and fusion dishes
• Coordinate with the Barcade team for food pairings and themed offerings
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and presentation
• Manage food costing, procurement, and inventory
• Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff
• Collaborate with management on new ideas, seasonal menus, and promotional events

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 -15 years of experience, including prior leadership
• Strong knowledge of multi-cuisine preparations
• Experience in managing high-volume kitchens
• Passion for innovation and guest experience
• Culinary degree or relevant certifications preferred

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
