Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Chef to manage cooking operations in the company mess. The role involves preparing healthy, hygienic, and timely meals for employees, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring food quality standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities:Plan and prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks as per company schedule). Maintain quality, taste, and nutritional balance in all food items. Ensure strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen and dining area. Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, groceries, and raw material stock. Coordinate with Admin/HR for menu planning and special requirements. Minimize food wastage and control portion sizes. Supervise kitchen staff/helpers (if any) for smooth mess operations. Ensure compliance with company health & safety policies.
