Job description The Resort Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort and ensuring high standards of guest service. This role involves supervising staff across various departments, coordinating guest services, resolving issues, and ensuring that all resort facilities and services run efficiently. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support staff in front office, housekeeping, food & beverage and other departments as required Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of all resort services Conduct daily briefings and allocate duties to staff Ensure all guest inquiries and complaints are handled professionally and promptly Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of guest experiences Oversee resort facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Maintain accurate records of incidents, guest feedback, and operational reports Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed Support management in implementing policies and procedures Promote a positive and professional work environment Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality or resort operations (supervisory level preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication skill in English and Hindi Customer service oriented with a high attention to detail Ability to multitask and work under pressure Good knowledge of front office and housekeeping procedures Flexible to work shifts, weekends and holidays Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Any Degree preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Work Location: In person
